Policies
Consistent, regular lessons are essential for growth and retention. These policies are designed to help you get the most out of your lesson plan, and value our mutual time and commitment.
1) Please show up on time so I can help you get all your time.
2) Please show up with a nourished, alert and uninfluenced mind (no 420 please).
3) All lessons may be rescheduled as needed with at least 24 hours notice. If the system won’t let you reschedule, you probably missed the window (at which point, I appreciate you letting me know as a courtesy), but if you don’t show up for a scheduled lesson, it cannot be refunded.
4) Subscriptions are renewed and billed automatically every month or semester. Unscheduled subscription lessons do not roll over to the following billing cycle so please plan your schedule ahead of time. We can do a double lesson when needed in anticipation of, or to make up for a missed lesson, as long as you changed it in the system with enough notice to do so.
5) If you don’t know when you’re able to reschedule, but it’s prior to 24 hours notice, then please contact me directly.
*If you feel you deserve deserve an exception to a policy (other than not having read them), please let me know.
